F.LLI SILINI S.R.L. invites to carefully read the information on personal data protection and all measures taken to ensure confidentiality in full compliance with applicable legislation.\r\nIdentity of the Data Controller\r\nAccording to Art. 4 of the Regulation, the Data Controller is F.LLI SILINI S.R.L.\r\nF.LLI Silini has not appointed a responsible for processing as it is not subject to the conditions provided for by the Applicable Regulation regarding the appointment of the DPO\r\nCategories and types of Data collected and processed\r\n\r\nGenerally, the term &#8220;Personal Data&#8221; means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person with particular reference to an identifier such as his name, a number and e-mail address, or one or more characteristics elements of his physical, physiological, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity.\r\n\u201cJudicial data\u201d means personal data relating to criminal convictions and offenses or related security measures.\r\n&#8220;Treatment&#8221; means any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of automated processes applied to personal data or set of personal data, such as the collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage , adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction.\r\nThe processing relates to the personal data voluntarily provided by the interested party (such as name, surname, address, VAT number, tax code, landline or mobile phone number, e-mail address, bank details, etc.).\r\nThe processing of your data, which are in our possession of or that you will be asked to provide us, or which will be communicated to us by you or by third parties, will be carried out according to legal and contractual obligations relating to any commercial and administrative relationships, both existing or not yet existing.\r\n\r\n<strong>Place of processing<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe data processing takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of the Data Controller, at the operating offices and at authorized third-parties companies or offices.\r\nPurposes of personal data treatment and nature of their application\r\n\r\nAccording to the current legislation on the protection of personal data and without the need for specific consent from the interested party, the Data will be stored, collected, and processed by the Data Controller for the following purposes:\r\nThe performance of mandatory administrative, accounting, civil, and tax obligations\r\nThe administrative and commercial management of our relationship\r\nTax compliance and any communications to the financial administration, including any tax assistance\r\nThe definition, management, and execution of the contracts stipulated between us, including the services necessary to guarantee supplies\r\nThe preparation of internal statistics, market analysis, mail management\r\nInformation and updating relating to the goods and \/ or services we market\r\n\r\n<strong>Data processing methods<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe treatment will be performed through automated tools for storing, managing, and transmitting data, with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves, based on the data in our possession and with your commitment to promptly notify us of any corrections, additions and \/ or updates. The data will be processed and stored physically or electronically by means of both manual and electronic systems, with appropriate tools to ensure their integrity and confidentiality, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data. The treatment will be carried out by adequately trained personnel.\r\nScope of communication and dissemination od data\r\n\r\nYour data will not be given to third parties, except for the contract fulfilment or necessary legal obligations. More precisely, will be communicated to:\r\nTo our employees and collaborators\r\nTo persons in charge of the transport and \/ or delivery service; to subjects in charge of mail managing\r\nTo external services companies that work with us\r\nTo counsels, company counsel, occupational physician, medical and paramedical centers appointed by our company for the completion of the practices within their competence.\r\nTo public and private entities, or as a result of inspections or audits or for the fulfillment of obligations deriving from the law or mandatory regulations, Community legislation or secondary legislation\r\nTo subjects who can access your data according the legislation in force.\r\nThe updated list of personal data processors is available and can be consulted at the administrative office.\r\n\r\n<strong>Data Retention<\/strong>\r\n\r\nPersonal data will be processed with automated means and\/or manually, by subjects expressly in charge of the processing: specific methods and instruments will be adopted aimed at ensuring maximum security and confidentiality.\r\nYour data will be kept for the time necessary to guarantee the legitimate interest of the parties (and for the time in which a commercial and other possible collaboration will be in place), for the entire duration of the information purposes, and any applicable legal deadlines for the conclusion of the relationship.
